Chocolate Sauce


Chocolate SauceChocolate Sauce. An easily made sauce that is the perfect accompaniment to a wide range of puddings


  • 12oz. Good quality dark chocolate
  • 3/4 cup light cream (18% to 30% butter fat)
  • 1 to 2 tbsp Brandy or preferred liqueur



Break up chocolate and combine with cream in double-saucepan. Melt over low heat, stirring until creamy and smooth.
