Rice in Almond Milk
Almonds and Almond Milk were frequently used in early English cooking. This recipe dates form the 15th. century
Ingredients
- 30 grams of rice (uncooked)
- 240 ml of almond milk
- 30 grams cup sugar
- 30 grams of honey
- Pinch of cinnamon
Method
Cook rice and let cool. Mix with almond milk, sugar and honey. Heat to a simmer, and serve.
